Corruption Risk Asessment (CRA)
Corruption represents a major problem in the organization and it is perceived to be spread in all levels and areas of the departments / devision / units. CRA can be a powerful preventive tool to combat corruption if performed and used correctly.
We provide a 2 days workshop for us to identify the bribery risk the organization might reasonably anticipate. For organization to be able effectively manage its corruption risks, the risks must be first identified and then analysed using a risk assessment process.
